Au programme de cet atelier ...

  • L'acouphène est un symptôme qui touche 15% de la population à un moment où à un autre de la vie et génère chez certains une grande souffrance. Les TCC "classiques" ont faits leurs preuves dans la prise en charge de ces patients. Cependant, même si la souffrance diminue souvent, certaines personnes restent en lutte avec leurs acouphènes, réduisent considérablement leur périmètre de vie et continuent à éviter des situations qui pourraient cependant contribuer à leur bien-être. 

    Il nous a donc semblé intéressant d'enrichir notre accompagnement en offrant davantage de place aux émotions, aux sensations, aux valeurs, en intégrant des pratiques issues de la pleine conscience et de l'ACT. 


    Nous explorerons lors de cet atelier :

    - Ce qu’est l’acouphène et le lien possible avec la douleur chronique,

    - Pourquoi et comment sortir de l’évitement de l’acouphène

    - Comment accepter son symptôme ? Quels outils pour y arriver ?
